Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Event Venue Growth Manager to join our team at Hirespace. As a key player in driving our company's growth, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential venue partners, creating lasting relationships, and ensuring that Hirespace remains the go-to platform for venue marketing and bookings.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Venue Account Management team to onboard new venues, nurture existing relationships, and ensure that our marketing offerings meet the evolving needs of the venue market. Your extensive networking, pitching, and relationship-building skills will be essential in securing high-value accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential venue partners, building lasting relationships.
  • Onboard new venues and collaborate with the Venue Account Management team.
  • Manage high-value accounts to ensure clients fully utilize Hirespace's marketing services.
  • Network extensively and bring industry insights to refine marketing offerings.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the hospitality or events sectors. You should also be comfortable managing high-value accounts and able to ensure clients are fully leveraging the marketing services offered by Hirespace.

Salary and Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and accelerate your career. The estimated salary for this role is £42,000-£45,000 per annum, plus monthly uncapped commission.
