Job Title: Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

Pricing Strategy: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Your Role:
This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to become the market expert for both venue development and internal growth strategy. Develop and constantly improve your personal lead generation through proactive networking via digital and face-to-face channels and events. Use data and your excellent product knowledge to pitch to venues regularly, working closely with the Head of Venue Acquisition to construct compelling campaigns and assist in managing their success.

About You:
We are looking for a self-motivator with high energy to deliver consistent results and an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. A background in sales or business development would be beneficial, along with a proven track record of delivering results.
