Role Summary
This Sales and Events Manager role presents an exciting opportunity to join Change Hospitality as a key member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales and events across two prestigious sites, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing private dining and exclusive hires, and leading a team of events coordinators to ensure flawless event execution. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and event planners, converting incoming inquiries and leads into successful bookings, and meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with proven experience in sales and events management within luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. A detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for luxury hospitality is essential to excel in this role.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
