Job Description

Estimated Salary: £80,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue and achieving budget targets for 3 hotels within our branded hotel group.

  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in driving revenue growth and executing effective sales strategies.
  • You will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring maximum revenue and profitability.
  • A key aspect of this role will be performing sales activity, including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, contracting and rate negotiation, site inspections, trade shows, client entertainment and national/international sales trips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute hotel sales promotional campaigns through local and national media, evaluating and reporting on marketing campaign ROI.
  • Identify and manage all Corporate and Consortia RFPs.
  • Analyse GDS production reports and intelligence information to develop business channels.
  • Represent the hotel at sales team meetings and other events as appropriate.
  • Monitor competitors' performance, rates and sales activity.
