The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global fleet sales strategy, managing a team of regional fleet sales managers, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as extensive experience in sales, including time in a leadership role within the automotive or fleet sales industry. They will also possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global fleet sales strategy.
  • Manage a team of regional fleet sales managers.
  • Negotiate and finalize high-value contracts with fleet customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in sales, including time in a leadership role within the automotive or fleet sales industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, diverse teams.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
