As an Automotive Sales Professional at ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work with a successful sales team and become part of a growing business. This role is ideal for individuals who are not only brilliant with people but great at building up relationships.

About the Role

This exciting position involves achieving agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles. You will build trust with customers, communicate effectively, and exceed their expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade (2-3 years +). They will be able to follow a sales process to achieve targets, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have excellent selling and negotiating skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles
  • Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customers' expectations
  • Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details
  • Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements
