The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing our Fleet Sales business for the Grenadier commercial vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To establish and develop the Fleet Sales business for Grenadier, leveraging our existing and new contacts to enter the commercial fleet sector.
  2. To create and implement a global business plan that showcases the viability, credibility, and capabilities of Grenadier within the fleet sector.
  3. To engage with fleet clients, develop a full understanding of their requirements, and demonstrate how Grenadier can be adapted to meet their needs.
  4. To provide a single point of contact for fleet clients, ensuring they are adequately catered for within our global support sales and after-sales network.
  5. To manage tenders with timelines of 18 months or similar, ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of leading and winning multimillion-pound tenders in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent product and engineering understanding, with the ability to balance commercial requirements with manufacturing operations.
  • A strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • A strategic thinker, able to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Strong ideation skills, with the ability to translate commercial requirements into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and online.
