Global Fleet Sales Director

As our new Global Fleet Sales Director, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing our global fleet sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
We're looking for someone who can lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive global fleet sales strategy aligned with our company objectives. Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand fleet sales.
- Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets. Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the global fleet sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Negotiate and finalize high-value contracts with fleet customers.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
