Role Overview
In this pivotal role, the Global Head of Fleet Sales will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global fleet sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. With a focus on managing regional fleet sales managers, fostering key client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations across various markets, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global fleet sales strategy aligned with company objectives
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand fleet sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets
- Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the global fleet sales team
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and closing of deals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Negotiate and finalise high-value contracts with fleet customers
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, diverse teams. Your extensive experience in sales, including time in a leadership role within the automotive or fleet sales industry, is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required. As a highly motivated and results-driven professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to travel internationally as needed. We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 per annum.
