Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Fleet Sales to join our team at INEOS Automotive. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales leader to develop and implement a global fleet sales strategy, driving growth and expanding the company's market presence.

INEOS Automotive is a dynamic and ambitious organization, committed to establishing itself as a major player in the 4X4 development and manufacturing industry. With a strong partnership network and a world-class production facility, we are building a double cab pick-up, the Quartermaster. Our international team consists of around 1500 employees from diverse backgrounds, working together to challenge the ordinary.

Your Role:

The Global Head of Fleet Sales will be responsible for leading a team of regional fleet sales managers, fostering relationships with key clients, and ensuring seamless operations across various markets. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive global fleet sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives, identifying new market opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a global fleet sales strategy, aligning with company objectives.
    • Explore new market opportunities to expand fleet sales.
    • Lead and mentor a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets.
    • Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the global fleet sales team.
    • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and closing of deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
    • Negotiate and finalize high-value contracts with fleet customers.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
    • Coordinate with regional offices to ensure consistency in sales approaches and customer service.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
    • Manage the global fleet sales budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in sales, including leadership roles within the automotive or fleet sales industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, diverse teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a challenging career opportunity to grow with our organization.
