About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Manager to join our team in driving Ford part sales. This field-based role will involve travel to dealer locations for up to 80% of the working week, requiring a strong drive for results and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Increase nationwide fleet customer loyalty to the Ford Dealer network
* Contact identified fleet customers to build relationships and understand their reasons for not using the Dealer network
* Liaise with fleet customers and Dealers to reach satisfactory service level agreements
* Monitor the performance growth of fleet customers following agreement signing
