Bilingual Sales Consultant

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment where you will be responsible for responding to internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and performing long-term follow-up on unsold customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all internet leads and confirm sales appointments
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers
- Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Work closely with the Internet Sales Director to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Fluency in English and Spanish
