This role involves managing a team of regional fleet sales managers, fostering relationships with key clients, and ensuring seamless operations across various markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive global fleet sales strategy aligned with our company objectives. Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand fleet sales.
  • Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets. Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the global fleet sales team.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the global fleet sales budget. Reporting and analysis are also key aspects of this role.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
