The Role

We're seeking an experienced Head of Media Sales to lead and grow our media sales team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a media sales strategy that drives revenue growth through our core native digital offering, sponsored content, and other media solutions.

About the Job
  1. Develop a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and market share in the automotive sector
  2. Lead a team of media sales professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their future development and growth
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base to increase market share

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in media sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, media solutions, and the automotive market
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
