We're looking for a Head of Customer Experience to develop and execute a comprehensive HVC relationship management strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, per region. As part of Super Group, we're driven by our shared vision to become the global leader in the online sports betting and casino industry.

As a Head of Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for identifying potential HVCs through data analysis and market research. You'll develop personalised engagement plans for HVCs, including bespoke promotions, events, and experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including performance bonuses, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVC Relationship Managers, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to succeed. You'll also collaborate with the analytics team to leverage customer data in refining HVC strategies and measuring their effectiveness.
