Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Customer Success to lead our customer success team. As the key stakeholder in this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer success strategy that drives client retention and growth.

Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including sales, marketing, and product teams. You will also be accountable for leading and growing the customer success team, managing high-performing teams, and driving exceptional customer experiences.

  • Owning the Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and grow the customer success team, fostering a culture of mutual accountability and collaboration.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to identify trends and risks in account health.
