Sales and Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Management professional to join our team at Ambis.

About the Role:

The Sales and Account Management role will focus on developing relationships with our growing customer base, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate. Key responsibilities include conducting business reviews, introducing new products, and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular business reviews and customer meetings to ensure alignment with goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  2. Develop and provide detailed proposals for new requirements, aligning with customer needs and company offerings, and highlighting value propositions and benefits
  3. Introduce new products and services to customers, driving revenue growth and retention through effective communication and relationship-building
  4. Assist with complex helpdesk issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction, while maintaining accurate internal records and reporting systems
  5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional service to assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and retention
  6. Hold annual service level reviews with customers, setting goals and expectations for future engagement, and ensuring alignment with company objectives
  7. Meet performance targets, including revenue, credit control, and interactions, while participating in marketing campaigns with team members, contributing to brand awareness and lead generation
  8. Foster positive relationships with existing customers for future case studies and reference visits, showcasing company capabilities and success stories, and driving repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years commercial sales or customer experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment, and strong understanding of application software, preferably ERP solutions
  • Some knowledge of accounting software, and full clean driver's license, enabling flexibility in travel arrangements
