Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented Revenue Growth Specialist who can join our team and drive revenue growth. With a passion for excellence, you will inspire your team to achieve market-leading results using innovation and entrepreneurial flair.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating income from events and conference hire of VSC Events space to support the Clubs charitable objectives. Your primary objective is to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.
To succeed, you must have a strong track record in sales, business development, and winning new business. Proven experience with PMS and CRM systems and associated IT software is essential.
As a Revenue Growth Specialist at The Victory Services Club (The), you will enjoy an excellent salary (£50,000 - £70,000 per annum), bonus, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holiday, company pension scheme, your Birthday off, through career recognition scheme, free meals on duty, and flexible working.
