Key Responsibilities

As Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist at Resident Hotels, you will develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the hotel market the hotels operate in, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will also collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to implement sales and groups campaigns, working with revenue management to use STR reports and other analytics tools to understand market trends and competitor positioning, adapting sales strategies to optimize revenue and market share.

You will liaise closely with the revenue management, analytics, and reservations departments to ensure efficient use of systems like PMS, RMS, Cvent, and Intelligence systems. In addition, you will work with revenue management to use STR reports and other analytics tools to understand market trends and competitor positioning, adapting sales strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
