Role Overview
As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Emarsys, you will be responsible for elevating our Revenue Teams to effectively engage prospective and existing customers by enhancing essential sales and customer success skills, methodologies, and programs.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Assess Needs: Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs, skill gaps, and prioritize an enablement roadmap.
  • Design Curricula: Create training programs focused on sales skills and methodologies such as Value Selling, MEDDPICC, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Pilot Solutions: Test new sales strategies, tools, and systems (e.g., ROI calculators and updated pitches) to ensure alignment.
  • Lead Workshops: Run workshops and certification programs to maintain consistency across global teams.
  • Coach Teams: Offer one-on-one coaching with tailored feedback to enhance sales performance.
  • Reinforce Concepts: Conduct role-plays and simulations to improve real-world application and sales methodology adoption.
  • Align Cross-Functionally: Work with teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and industry trends.
  • Enhance Materials: Update training resources to reflect current tools and processes for live and online learning.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Analyze sales data and feedback to measure training impact.
  • Incorporate Innovations: Adapt to industry trends and integrate best practices for optimized training

**Key Requirements:**
  • Prior Experience: 4+ years in a quota-carrying role, with 1+ year in Sales Enablement or Revenue leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS. Familiarity with Value Selling and MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Training Expertise: Skilled in creating and evaluating training programs, including workshops, eLearning, and certifications.
  • Analytical Skills: Use data analysis to assess performance and refine training strategies for better outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Success in working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align with business goals.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong English communication skills, able to simplify complex topics and deliver global presentations. Other languages are a bonus.
  • Global Flexibility: Balance time and responsibilities to support teams across multiple time zones.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Location: Indianapolis, Vienna, Berlin, London
