About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at ScreenCloud Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on sales experience, adaptability, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with ScreenCloud's business goals and sales objectives.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis to support the sales process.
  • Deliver product training to ensure the sales team is well-versed in our offerings.
  • Conduct knowledge gap analyses to identify areas where additional training or resources are needed.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a fast and effective ramp-up.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and workshops to keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand the needs of the sales team and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in a start-up environment or in building sales enablement strategies from the ground up is highly beneficial.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
