Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate new sales team members' ramp-up.
  • Develop and manage sales content, tools, and resources that streamline daily operations.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuously adjust training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement initiatives that boost productivity and sales growth.
