Enablement and Growth Specialist

Sherpany is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate new sales team members' ramp-up.
- Develop and manage sales content, tools, and resources that streamline daily operations.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuously adjust training initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement initiatives that boost productivity and sales growth.
- This is a full-time position based in Zurich, Switzerland.
- As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and international environment.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience in sales enablement or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
