Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description


This role will be responsible for the onboarding of new sellers, as well as the training and reinforcement of tools, technology, and processes. The Sales Enablement Field Specialist will work hand-in-hand with sales leadership, product, service, and other business partners to ensure our sales organization is equipped to meet and exceed targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver robust onboarding to new sellers to equip them with skills and knowledge necessary to sell successfully.
  • Ensure new sellers are proficient in product knowledge, value proposition, messaging, competitive landscape, and sales process.
  • Provide feedback on new seller performance and growth.
  • Develop curricula and training programs aligned with new product introductions and strategies.
  • Work with sales leadership to address training needs.
  • Identify opportunities to strategically improve sales processes to enable sellers more time in the field.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field and 2+ years of related Sales, Sales Enablement, or training experience. They will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, English fluency, and proficiency in an additional language commonly spoken in the EMEA region.
