Retail Sales Category Representative

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Category Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and category development in the Gillette portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive category growth and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with store managers to review performance, agree on focus areas, and drive sales growth.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and develop action plans to drive category growth.
- Provide training and support to store staff to increase their knowledge and awareness of the category, new products, and initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to drive sales growth and category development.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the grocery and high-street retail sectors and an understanding of category management.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
