Category Sales Development Manager Opportunity

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in our Electrical and Skin Care categories.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading field marketing company and work closely with our clients to deliver solutions that drive sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in our Electrical and Skin Care categories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement category management plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and revenue growth objectives

Requirements

  • Previous field experience in the Grocery/High Street sector
  • A passion for sales and the brand portfolio
  • Business development skills and sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills
  • Ability to think strategically, while fulfilling immediate business objectives
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results
  • Full UK Driver's Licence
