About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at SHERPANY, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales team with the necessary training, resources, and strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

This position requires a skilled professional who can develop and implement effective enablement initiatives, analyze sales performance metrics, and collaborate with sales leadership to design initiatives that boost productivity and sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored onboarding and training programs to accelerate new sales team members' ramp-up.
  • Create and manage sales content, tools, and resources that streamline daily operations and enhance the sales experience.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust training programs to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop initiatives that drive sales growth and productivity.
  • Provide consistent support in aligning messaging, processes, and sales tactics to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
