About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Wolters Kluwer Holdings (UK) plc. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving effective instructional design and execution of the training curriculum and onboarding process for all sales employees in the division.
You will be responsible for coordinating and having oversight of new hire Sales and Account Management hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation processes. This includes developing and maintaining assigned courseware and training programs, creating, managing, and designing content per the learning objectives outlined in the Sales framework and in support of any specific onboarding and learning initiatives as required by the business.
Critical to this role is oversight of the development of effective curriculum content, implementation, and ongoing evaluation to determine the extent to which project goals are being achieved and executing program modification as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders in assigned business areas to increase key performance indicators such as deal velocity, close ratio, and productivity metrics at the individual and team level.
- Engage with all levels of sales leaders as the key liaison for all ongoing Learning & Enablement needs, including new hire, continuing education, leader development, etc.
- Proactively partner with sales leaders and other sales support functions to seek out potential gaps and facilitate ongoing assessments, identify and prioritize performance issues, high-priority initiatives, or process improvement ideas for the assigned sales business or team.
