Job Responsibilities

This Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst role involves:

  • Supporting the development of new business initiatives and enhancing existing processes;
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliverables;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions;
  • Conducting analysis and due diligence to inform business decisions;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders;
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the BA Practice.
About Your Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Relevant industry-recognised BA qualifications;
  • Financial services experience, particularly within fund administration, asset management, wealth or life & pensions;
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones;
  • Previous experience line managing or mentoring others.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
