Job Responsibilities
This Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst role involves:
- Supporting the development of new business initiatives and enhancing existing processes;
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliverables;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions;
- Conducting analysis and due diligence to inform business decisions;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders;
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the BA Practice.
Essential:
- Relevant industry-recognised BA qualifications;
- Financial services experience, particularly within fund administration, asset management, wealth or life & pensions;
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones;
- Previous experience line managing or mentoring others.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
