Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Lead to join their team for an initial 9-month fixed-term contract based in Central London.

This role will involve managing organisational change projects, utilising your deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies within HR. You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and work closely with various stakeholders, including project teams and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and evaluate data to provide assurance on deliverables and outcomes
  • Identify and implement effective mitigation strategies for potential risks and issues
  • Consult with employees and unions in a unionised environment
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from project teams to senior leadership
  • Liaise with employment law experts to ensure compliance
  • Manage programmes effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organisational change, including consultation in a unionised environment. They should possess excellent analytical skills, enabling them to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
