Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Leader to join our team at Burman Recruitment. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients through complex public sector changes.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead HR organisational change initiatives, develop and implement people-focused change strategies, and build trust with employees and stakeholders. You will also lead collective consultations in unionised environments, facilitate discussions, and coach managers to navigate consultation processes effectively. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on restructuring, redundancies, and consultation requirements, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
