Strategic Organisational Change Lead

Role Overview:
Austin Fraser is partnering with a leading public sector organisation to deliver business-wide organisational restructure projects that support their strategic objectives. As an HR Change Lead, you will work closely with Heads of Service, cross-functional teams, and union representatives to ensure seamless implementation of change initiatives.
- Lead HR organisational restructure projects from planning through to execution.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans and strategies.
- Provide training and support to teams during transitions.
- Ensure all change initiatives comply with employment law and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing HR change projects – restructure, redundancies and consultations.
- Recognised HR qualification
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and risk mitigation.
