We're seeking a seasoned Organisational Capability Lead to join our HR team at Southwark Council. In this role, you'll work closely with senior managers, stakeholders, and HR colleagues to develop and implement strategic people solutions.

You'll lead organisational change initiatives, manage competing demands, and prioritise tasks effectively. As an Organisational Capability Lead, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.

You'll inspire trust in the HR service by creating open and honest working partnerships, contributing to a positive work environment, and driving organisational growth and development.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role requires a postgraduate member of the CIPD (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of generalist HR principles. You'll be well-organised, able to build relationships with managers, prepare and present data, and coach, advise, and train colleagues to strengthen people practices.
