Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes, such as talent reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, and engagement surveys, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to attract, retain, and develop top talent, implementing programs for growth and succession planning.
