About the Role

This position involves managing the Operational training delivery team to ensure efficient workflow and budgetary accountability. You will also establish a roadmap for workforce planning and lead the annual reporting and implementation of key recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce organisational skills gap risks.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition function to assess current and future skills requirements.
  • Support the production of learning and development programmes for employees across the business.
Requirements
  • You should be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage client relationships and provide insightful advice.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to tailor complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in project management and leading system changes in matrixed organisations is essential.

Salary: Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

This role includes an annual bonus, market-leading pension scheme, and other fantastic benefits. You will work primarily remotely but occasionally travel to our City of London office for meetings and strategy days.
