This role involves partnering with leaders and managers across various Brand functions to provide expert HR support and leadership in talent management, learning and development, and building organisational capability.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and improve engagement.
  2. Develop and implement employee lifecycle processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with HR CoEs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, promoting growth and succession planning.
  4. Work closely with HR Operations to maintain accurate employee data and ensure seamless process execution.
  5. Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights on trends, engagement, retention, and performance.
  6. Cultivate our company culture and values to drive employee satisfaction and business success.
Requirements:
  • A part-time experienced HR professional passionate about talent development and aligned with our business goals.
  • A growth mindset with expertise in coaching, developing managers, and fostering continuous learning.
  • Proven experience in leveraging HR CoEs, data analytics, and manager-employee relationships to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced data analytical skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £57,000 - £77,000 per annum, depending on experience.
