About the Role:

iPeople Solutions is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will work closely with senior leadership teams across the Council to provide strategic HR advice and support.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance on organisational design, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR initiatives to support the delivery of the Corporate Plan and Priorities.
  3. Build strong relationships with senior managers and HR colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Significant experience in organisational development and change management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum.
