Job Description

In this exciting opportunity with Morgan Law, we are seeking an experienced EDI Strategy Lead to join our team.

The role will involve leading the delivery of innovative and effective Equality Diversity and Inclusion strategy and programme of work for the council. Reporting into the Head of OD & Strategy, you will provide expertise to the HR and council leaders in the development of an inclusive, performance management, leadership, colleague engagement & development and in bringing organisational change and development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver EDI strategies within the Public Sector
  • Provide expert advice to HR and council leaders on EDI matters
  • Lead the implementation of organisational change and development initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A track record of developing and delivering EDI strategies within the Public Sector
  • CIPD level 5 qualification
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
