Organisational Development Specialist

Novax Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency actively seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join their team in Walthamstowe. This is a contract position working full time hours.
This role requires strategic and operational advice and direction to senior management teams, managing the work of other advisers, overseeing case work allocation, supervising advisors, and ensuring client people strategy targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR, particularly in employee relations, talent management, or as an HR Business Partner. Strong business partnering and change experience is essential, along with relevant qualifications or a degree in Human Resources or similar.
