JELD-WEN, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of doors and windows, seeking an experienced Talent and Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Penrith.

About the Role

This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with key stakeholders to partner with assigned business units and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy.
  2. Provide trusted advice and coaching to Managers, helping them develop HR solutions to people-related business challenges.
  3. Ensure the delivery of fundamental HR processes, supported by metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  4. Deliver key HR initiatives, including workforce planning, Trade Union negotiations, absence management, talent acquisition, benefits, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion plans, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have broad and progressive experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, compliance management, compensation, recruitment, talent management, absence management, organisational planning, leadership development, coaching, training, engagement, and building trust.
