We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a key role in championing our unique Outrageously Extraordinary culture and mindset, advising on local employment laws, managing employee relations, supporting hiring efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Responsibilities:- Work with the EMEA and global teams to localize People & Culture strategies and tactics in the UK, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and provide insights regarding 'organisational health', People & Culture KPIs, and metrics for the UK, forming part of the wider EMEA P&C strategies or operational improvements.
- First point of contact for HR support to associates in the UK, escalating matters to the Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner where needed.
- Collaborate with the EMEA payroll, benefits, and administration teams to ensure HR administration, benefits, policies, and processes are compliant with local laws and regulations, conveying the SharkNinja culture and mindset.
- Manage employee relation matters by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to the UK.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to the regional needs of the UK teams, organizing and participating in regional employee events and activities.
- Implement effective employee onboarding processes, ensuring all new team members understand the SN mindset and how we operate to accelerate their impact on the business.
- Develop line manager capability through coaching, mentoring, and other management development capabilities.
- Manage key talent management processes, including probation periods, annual performance reviews, and promotion cycles, for the UK.
- Conduct culture and mindset interviews to ensure consistency, collaborating with the Talent Access team to provide local knowledge regarding talent acquisition topics.
