Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Director of Talent and Organisational Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organisational strategy and driving business results.

The role requires a highly motivated and experienced leader who can inspire and engage our employees, while also driving innovation and improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our organisational strategy
  • Drive business results through innovative people practices and processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in a similar sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications in business or a related field (e.g., MBA)
