We are a leading provider of support and care services to vulnerable people in London, committed to empowering our employees through impactful training programmes and HR administration.

As a Learning & Development (L&D) and HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing employee development and ensuring organisational compliance with CQC Standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating training programmes, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience in L&D and HR within a supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new learning opportunities that align with organisational goals.
  • Work with managers and the L&D Lead to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage the administration of training programmes, ensuring they are well-organised and timely.
  • Create and update training materials for internal delivery, meeting learners' needs.
  • Promote the involvement of people we support in the delivery of training when appropriate.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records.

Requirements:

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in L&D or HR Practice, or working towards, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and different training delivery methods.

Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
