Job Summary:
As our Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing organisational strategies that support our mission. This includes managing operational administration, such as expenses, documentation storage, onboarding, digital platforms, budget sheets, tracking funders' objectives, booking venues, and maintaining digital security across platforms. You will also work closely with the Director to ensure group functions align with ethical, strategic, and legal responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
This role requires excellent organisational and administrative skills, with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and preparing and reviewing policies and processes. You should also have a strong understanding of digital proficiency and data management, as well as experience in financial management or support.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in operations, including recruitment, finance, and administration. You should also have a strong understanding of data management and be highly numerate. A commitment to the mission and values of Fossil Free London is essential.

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and flexible working arrangements.
