Organisational Development Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to HRUC, working closely with Senior Leaders to drive business growth and improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing plans to achieve HRUC's objectives;
- Providing expertise in organisational development and restructuring;
- Managing employee relations issues and providing coaching and training to staff;

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and annual leave allowance.
