About the Role

We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at The Search. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving organisational change and improvement through effective planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success
  • Conduct organisational analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of organisational development initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in organisational development or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented action
