About the Role

A Charities Partner opportunity has arisen at Michael Page (UK) for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director of OD in establishing and embedding the OD function.

Job Description

The successful applicant will support the organisation through transformation, including culture, capability, and performance. This will involve partnering with the wider business on organisational design, career development, performance development, EVP, and workforce planning to improve overall capability.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end design and implementation of different initiatives, programmes, and frameworks. Additionally, the individual will support the Director of OD in carrying out a full audit and diagnostic phase to create a roadmap, aiming to create a change in the overall culture and alter behaviour.

Other key tasks include re-building the performance management framework, re-designing people practices, developing a people development framework, creating cultural development initiatives, and leading projects on leadership development, performance management, learning, talent, recognition, engagement, culture, and talent development.

The role also involves developing a recognition framework and reviewing talent development: designing and implementing initiatives. The successful candidate will have previous experience leading OD strategy and initiatives, with not-for-profit experience being desirable.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with executive teams is essential.
  • Strong understanding of OD methodologies and previous project management experience are required.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £60-65,000 per annum and hybrid working opportunities with 1-2 days per month in London.
