At the Nursing & Midwifery Council, we are seeking a Strategic Organisational Development Business Partner to drive positive change aligned with our business goals and the People Plan.

We are a UK-based regulatory body responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing and midwifery practice. Our team is dedicated to supporting nurses and midwives in achieving excellence in their profession.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Organisational Development Team, supporting the achievement of our strategic objectives. As a Strategic Organisational Development Business Partner, you will take a proactive and solution-focused approach to implement priorities outlined in our corporate People Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement strategies, initiatives, and interventions to enhance a positive culture, improve performance, and engagement across the organisation.
  • Support the achievement of our strategic objectives by taking a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and engage widely across the organisation to co-create projects.
Requirements
  • A relevant Learning and Development qualification, preferably CIPD qualified or in progress.
  • Coaching, mentoring experience, and a successful track record in complex change OD initiatives.
  • Effective communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Senior-level influencing and resilience in challenging situations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.

Please note that this recruitment is for 1 permanent role and 1 fixed term contract for 12 months.
