About the Role

The Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner will play a strategic role in shaping the professional growth of our Associates and enhancing organisational effectiveness. This role will consult, design, and deliver initiatives that foster learning and talent development, leading organisational development projects that directly contribute to commercial success and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business performance by designing and implementing L&OD programs that align with our strategic business objectives. They will also focus on client-centric capabilities, equipping associates with technical and behavioural skills to deliver exceptional client service and drive client satisfaction.

Other key responsibilities include developing and executing leadership development initiatives to build strong, agile leaders capable of driving commercial success and protecting our culture. The candidate will also develop and implement scalable L&OD solutions that can be effectively applied across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Performance: Design and implement L&OD programs that align with our strategic business objectives to enhance overall performance of our associates and our business.
  • Foster Strategic Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation through effective knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Empower Leadership: Develop and execute leadership development initiatives to build strong, agile leaders capable of driving commercial success and protecting our culture.
  • Global Scalable Solutions: Develop and implement scalable L&OD solutions that can be effectively applied across our global operations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic L&OD roles, with a focus on driving commercial, client-focused, and global outcomes. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to align development initiatives with organisational goals and measure their impact.

The candidate should have extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within financial or professional services firms, and experience of working in a large, commercially focused organisation. Experience of working at all levels within a business to C-Suite is also required.
