Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Employee Relations and Learning and Development initiatives within the HR department. With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in managerial positions, you will play a vital role in shaping the organisation's talent development strategy.

  • To provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including conduct, performance, and attendance management, ensuring prompt and fair resolution in accordance with legislative requirements and internal policies.
  • To develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • To design, deliver, and evaluate specialist employment relations training strategies, identifying needs and integrating them into personal and departmental development plans.
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the organisation's culture, liaising with various organisations involved in areas such as health and safety.
  • To administer monthly Payroll with accuracy under the general direction of the Financial Controller, maintaining records relating to all staff.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
