Job Description

This dynamic role requires a talented individual to lead the implementation of talent and performance management initiatives, ensuring the identification, development, and retention of top talent within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute Organisational Talent Reviews with Divisional People Partners (DPPs), ensuring thorough analysis and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain Talent Check-in processes, tracking progress and providing regular updates.
Succession Planning and Talent Development:
  • Analyse talent pipelines and provide strategic recommendations for succession planning and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with DPPs and business stakeholders to design and implement Career Frameworks, supporting employee development and career progression.
  • Nomination and placement of High Potential employees into Leadership Development programs.

A strong understanding of talent management principles, along with experience in the technology or sports-related industry, is essential for this role. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is around $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
